You will support communities facing barriers, train leaders, and strengthen physical and mental health outcomes for youth. Key Responsibilities:
Support Challenger Baseball programs across Canada
Train coaches and adapt drills for inclusive play
Build relationships with community program leaders
Deliver workshops for youth and adult leaders
Travel 30% for events and hands-on training

Requirements:
Community-level baseball program experience
Understanding of volunteerism and disability inclusion
Experience facilitating adult training workshops
Robust PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams skills
Valid G Driver’s License and travel willingness
