Seven-to-ten years of progressive human resources experience Focus on workforce planning, people analytics, or effectiveness Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Knowledge of labour trends, talent management, and legislation Advanced English and French reading and speaking abilities Bring workforce analytics, forecasting, and persuasive communication expertise to CBC/Radio-Canada’s strategic talent planning function.
