Phasor seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist supporting multiple roles and hiring managers. You will source, screen, interview, and select candidates while coordinating onboarding. The position also provides recruitment administration, HR support, and communication that contributes to positive candidate and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate selection
Coordinate interviews and maintain stakeholder communication throughout recruitment
Prepare onboarding documentation and maintain employee records
Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and recruitment strategies
Support HR programs, policies, and process improvements across Canada
Requirements:
Three to four-plus years of Canadian or North American recruitment experience
Full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles and hiring managers
Human Resources, Business, or related diploma or bachelor’s degree
Solid interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and robust computer skills
