Develop timber cruising skills with Geoterra Integrated Resource Systems Ltd. in a casual, seasonal forestry position across British Columbia.

This entry-level Forestry Assistant position begins with one-on-one training as an assistant timber cruiser. You will support forestry, environmental, and natural resource projects while building practical field experience. Applicants with any level of working forestry experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with timber cruising and timber investigations
Support cutblock and road layout assessments
Assist with riparian and ecosystem assessments
Collect and enter project data
Provide additional assistance requested by supervisors

Requirements:
Two to five years of forest industry experience
Willingness to work throughout British Columbia
Basic outdoor skills and general fitness
Willingness to work remotely in adverse weather
Valid British Columbia driver’s license and driver’s abstract
