Key Responsibilities:
Update physical and virtual corporate minute books
Conduct due diligence and prepare corrective reports
File documents with regulatory authorities




Prepare incorporation, reorganization, and dissolution documents
Liaise with clients, service providers, and court officials

Requirements:
Seven years in a similar position
Diploma of Collegial Studies in paralegal technology
Bilingual French and English communication
Ability to work independently and within teams
Knowledge of legal research, regulations, and Microsoft Office
