This Process Engineer role provides leadership across mill operations and daily machine management. You will supervise hourly operations, communicate with departments, and support budgets and quality requirements. The work includes process optimization, studies, trials, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor health and safety practices across mill operations
Lead daily machine management and minimize downtime
Direct hourly operations teams throughout mill operations
Conduct process studies, research, and equipment trials
Analyze faults and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Pulp and Paper Engineering
Equivalent engineering experience may be considered
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Three to five years of related supervisory experience
