Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls and transferred sales leads from Group Perks members
Review insurance conversion options during client consultations
Recommend individual plans aligned with client needs
Support clients by phone and video conferencing
Meet or exceed established sales objectives

Requirements:
Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP)
Two to three years of sales or service experience
College or university degree, or equivalent related experience
Robust verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to work independently and build client rapport
