As Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, you will shape NDI's long-term commercial strategy and lead its global commercial organization. Reporting to the President on the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee sales, marketing, customer engagement, and customer support. The mandate includes current markets, applications, revenue growth, and commercial profitability within medical technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead NDI's global commercial organization and high-performing teams
Develop commercial strategy focused on Medical OEM customers
Manage revenue growth, gross margins, forecasting, and pipeline performance




Build senior relationships with key Medical OEM customers
Oversee brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications

Requirements:
15 years' sales or commercial leadership experience
Experience in healthcare or medical device industries
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or life sciences
Complex P&L; management and robust financial acumen
Approximately 30% travel and Waterloo office location
