As Project Controls Lead, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight across projects ranging from $50M to $1B+. Work with operations and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, while mentoring project controls team members in the field. Apply data-driven insights, robust systems, and proactive decision-making to complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complex Excel reports for internal and external distribution
Analyze and present data through progress monitoring tools
Track milestones, deadlines, schedules, and project progress
Set up control budgets and monitor productivity against budget
Implement Ledcor systems, progress draws, and cost accounting
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
Seven-plus years’ project controls experience in industrial construction
Experience leading cost and schedule controls on major projects
Advanced knowledge of earned value and performance measurement
Robust Primavera P6 and InEight experience
