Reporting to the Program Manager, this Licensed Practical Nurse supports residents and families within a multidisciplinary team. The position provides leadership in secure care delivery, nursing procedures, and medication administration. It also supervises Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff according to established practice standards.
