The Human Resources Business Partner supports employees, leaders, and owners across the organization. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, perks, WCB, employee records, performance processes, and employee relations. The role also develops consistent policies and HR practices as Kamper Group grows.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve employees, managers, and owners as a trusted HR resource
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, references, offers, and candidate communication
Develop onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Administer advantages, WCB, leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
Develop HR policies, procedures,



templates, and handbook materials

Requirements:
Three to five years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, WCB, and employee relations
Working knowledge of Alberta employment, safety, human rights, and privacy requirements
Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within Southern Alberta
