You will attract and retain drivers through hiring websites, trade shows, social media, and your extensive network. The work requires transportation experience, rapid support for trucking and dispatch inquiries, and independent execution.

Attract and retain current drivers across Quebec
Use hiring websites to source driver candidates
Represent recruiting efforts at trade shows

Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in French and English
Transportation industry experience, preferably recruitment experience
Experience supporting trucking and dispatch inquiries
