Apply fund accounting and valuation expertise as an Operations Analyst supporting RBC Global Asset Management in Toronto. Deliver accurate daily pricing and reporting.

This full time position supports RBC Mutual Funds through operational effectiveness, cost controls, and process efficiency. You will process fund transactions, reconcile records, investigate exceptions, and support financial reporting. The role requires knowledge of financial products, valuation, and general ledger systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and validate subscriptions, redemptions, trades, fees, accruals, and corporate actions
Reconcile cash, securities, holdings, and portfolio positions daily
Investigate pricing, trade, valuation, and market data exceptions




Support mutual fund statements and tax distribution calculations
Contribute to process optimization, system enhancements, and operational projects

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Finance or a related field
Four or more years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of financial products and mutual fund valuation
Experience with derivatives and corporate action processing
Experience with Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Tableau, and database queries
