Support intensive-needs students at Carlyle Elementary School through student supervision, safety planning, and individualized programming in Carlyle, SK. This temporary position offers three hours daily on student days.

The Educational Associate works under teacher direction to prepare life skills and academic programming. Duties include supporting personal hygiene and medical needs, supervising students, and helping transitions toward working with peers and adults. The assignment is temporary through December 22, 2026, with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise intensive-needs students and small student groups
Prepare student-based life skills and academic programming
Support student transitions with peers and adults
Follow individualized behaviour and safety plans
Transport students when required

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 diploma recognized by the Board
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
Team-oriented teamwork and school software knowledge
