As Plant Supervisor, you will coordinate staff and operational personnel while optimizing recyclable material processing. The work includes scale house monitoring, production planning, equipment maintenance, logistics, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership supports throughput, quality commodities, accurate reporting, and protected facility operations across a multicultural organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule plant staff activities
Monitor scale house operations and material flow
Optimize throughput, productivity, uptime, and residual reduction




Audit inbound and outbound materials for quality
Maintain reports, calendars, logbooks, and inspection records

Requirements:
Three to five years in plant supervision or management
Experience supervising within a unionized setting
Production planning, logistics, and equipment maintenance experience
Solid safety, analytical, financial, and mathematical skills
Valid driver’s license and shift flexibility required
