As Practice Manager within the VetCare Community, you will guide a team-oriented veterinary team and support operational excellence. The role combines scheduling, onboarding, coaching, talent acquisition, inventory, budgets, financial management, and social media. Veterinary industry knowledge or project management experience is recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and lead a cooperative team workplace
Manage schedules and support operational excellence
Source Locum DVMs and RVTs when needed
Conduct onboarding, coaching, and annual reviews
Manage inventory, budgets, finances, and social media
Requirements:
Two to three years of supervisory experience
Human resources management experience
Financial or budget management experience
Strong communication and business acumen
