Support HR operations with MLSE’s People & Inclusion team in Toronto, using coordination, communication, and data analysis skills.

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to employee experience, talent development, recruitment support, and learning. You will contribute to people practices across MLSE while coordinating projects, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records. The internship spans wide-ranging HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily People & Inclusion initiatives and administrative projects
Assist employee experience, learning, recognition, and engagement programs
Create HR communications, presentations, tools, and program resources
Track learning participation, records, feedback, and reports




Support recruitment scheduling, candidate tracking, and talent activities

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary human resources program
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Ability to analyze data and inform recommendations
Solid verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Organization, accountability, integrity, and curiosity about HR
