About the Role

Our client, a key player in the automotive parts manufacturing sector , is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations at their facility in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This hands‑on role is essential for leading a production team, ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality automotive components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff on the factory floor.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and efficiency.
