As Director, Clinical Development Change & Transformation Lead, you will deliver change management across clinical development. You will translate transformation roadmaps into workstreams, redesign processes, and build relationships with Therapeutic Areas and Clinical Operations. Your work will support responsible, compliant AI adoption and captured advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management and adoption plans for AI-enabled solutions
Redesign workflows with functional and process owners
Deliver training, upskilling, and workforce impact assessments
Manage rollout waves, readiness, hypercare,

Track adoption, value measures, and perks validation

Requirements:
Significant experience delivering change management and transformation
Clinical development fluency with practical transformation delivery
Credibility with senior customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently amid ambiguity
