Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Partners, this Talent Partner leads campus initiatives for internships, co-ops, and early-career programs. You will attract undergraduate and graduate candidates, support workforce planning, and strengthen SOTI’s employer brand. The role focuses on relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners
Lead full-cycle internship, co-op, and early-career recruitment
Convert high-performing interns into full time employees
Execute career fairs, interviews, tours,
and networking events
Deliver positive candidate experiences throughout recruitment
Requirements:
Three to four years supporting campus recruitment initiatives
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Relationship-building and networking confidence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Flexibility to travel within Ontario and attend events
