As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the general manager and managers. Your work includes coordinating management activities, following up on communications, preparing records and reports, and maintaining information. You will also support business processes and information systems as instructed.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate management activities and scheduling information
Follow up on managers’ calls, emails, and mail
Produce records, minutes, reports, statistics, and balance sheets




Organize logistics for meetings, training, travel, and conferences
Support information retrieval, business processes, and information systems

Requirements:
Trade school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
French knowledge is required
Effective communication and customer focus
Action-oriented approach and situational adaptability
