As Associate Insurance Advisor II, you will support agency operations through sales, service, and profitable growth. Apply broad knowledge of The Co-operators personal lines, including auto and home, alongside specialty products. Recommend suitable coverages, assess risks under underwriting guidelines, and address client concerns while pursuing agency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and service personal and specialty insurance products
Recommend coverages and policies matching client needs
Prospect for additional products and services
Complete frontline risk assessments and inspections
Resolve client questions, complaints, and escalated issues
Requirements:
Required General Insurance license
Life license considered an asset
Meet provincial licensing and continuing education requirements
Preferred minimum two years insurance sales experience
In-depth auto and property insurance knowledge
Use client communication, underwriting, and insurance sales expertise to support CGIC agency growth and service quality.
