As a Market Structure Specialist, you will bring hands-on Canadian market knowledge to Iress order management, execution products, and trading solutions. You will work with international colleagues across product discovery, delivery, production support, and continuous improvement. The position combines product liaison, client consulting, and trading support while addressing evolving financial-market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise on Smart Order Routing and best-execution analysis
Support equity and equity options order types
Provide Tier 3 production support and change-control checks




Consult clients on marketplace features and routing solutions
Maintain exchange-fee data models and execution reports

Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Canadian market structure
Understanding of equity trading fundamentals and Smart Order Routing
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
Effective troubleshooting, reasoning, planning, and time management
