The position covers scheduling, recruitment coordination, compliance follow-ups, employee records, and operational administration. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, leave requests, vacations, and timesheet follow-ups
Resolve timesheet discrepancies and follow up on payroll adjustments
Maintain schedules, employee records, uniforms, and equipment tracking
Support compliance, absences,



employee movements, and procedures
Assist recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training coordination

Requirements:
One to three years’ coordination, operations, or administrative experience
Strong organization in fast-paced, high-volume environments
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, internet tools, and workforce systems
Robust written and verbal English communication skills
