Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Health Care Aide for Coronation Community Health Home Care. You will support patients, families, and caregivers across the continuum of care. Work includes hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, safety, communication, and patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal assistance with activities of daily living
Support patients requiring short term or ongoing assistance
Assist nurses with routine patient care needs
Observe and report patients' mood, health, and wellbeing
Maintain protected settings for patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:
Active or eligible CLHA registration or practice permit
Health Care Aide education or certificate completion within eighteen months
Ability to work under regulated health qualified supervision
Driver's license and vehicle required
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
