Cintas is seeking a Management Trainee for a structured program designed to develop skilled and leadership capabilities. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production and Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The program includes customer service, sales data analysis, operational projects, and collaboration with experienced managers and key leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotate through departments from a leadership viewpoint
Engage in outside sales and build customer relationships
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly
Analyze sales data for informed business decisions
Collaborate on sales management and operational projects
Requirements:
Have or obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months
Hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
Meet provincial regulated vehicle driving requirements
Bring preferred co-op or internship experience when available
Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program
Develop outside sales, customer service, analysis, and leadership experience through Cintas’s Management Trainee program in Kelowna.
