Overnight Alert Management Specialists at Blackline Safety monitor real-time safety alerts and provide timely customer support. French and English fluency is required for critical communications.

Reporting to the Manager, Alert Management Specialists, you will manage safety incidents from onset through resolution. The work combines emergency escalation, customer service, technical troubleshooting, and accurate incident reporting.



You will also monitor weather and road conditions affecting lone workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer personnel safety through real-time alert systems
• Manage emergency alerts using established escalation protocols
• Respond calmly to critical situations under pressure
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
• Prepare accurate reports on incidents and resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• Previous customer service or dispatch experience required
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification with in-person evaluation
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks with careful attention
