Licensed Practical Nurses provide resident care through assessments, wound care, and emergency response during evening shifts. Full time and part time schedules are available.

This position seeks two LPNs with empathy, patience, and a caring approach. You will assess residents, follow protocols, document findings, and support patients and the team. Work ethic, integrity, and competence guide successful employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and report medical or behavioral changes
Complete admissions, MAR, TAR, POS, charts, and orders
Manage discharges, notifications, documentation, and transportation
Provide protocol-based wound care and dressing changes
Lead CNAs and CMTs according to facility policies

Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
Genuine empathy and patience for residents
Caring approach toward patients and team members
Work ethic, integrity, and competence
Ability to respond effectively during emergencies
