Key Responsibilities:
Calculate, validate, reconcile, and process commissions across multiple entities
Investigate discrepancies, payment issues, corrections, and reconciliation items
Validate sales tax information and support remittances
Review invoices, journal entries, and employee reimbursements
Support regulatory reporting, audits, and management reporting
Requirements:
Post-secondary education and relevant financial operations experience
Approximately five years in securities brokerage or financial services
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables
Previous supervisory experience coaching and supporting team members
