This Warehouse Shift Supervisor leads daily department execution and helps maintain an enthusiastic, accountable workplace. Responsibilities include staff training, briefings, vacation approvals, performance management, labour reporting, and coordination with other departments. The role also supports process improvement and adoption of current policies, procedures, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily briefings before each department shift
Approve vacations and reallocate staff for absences
Review hours and complete payroll reporting
Coordinate information across distribution centre departments
Recommend continuous process improvements
Requirements:
Three or more years leading large-scale distribution centre teams
Strong distribution centre operations knowledge
Effective individual and cross-department communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English command
