This Registered Nurse position provides care addressing each patient's needs and desired outcomes. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, teaching, counselling, and evaluation. It also involves collaboration with nursing personnel, supervision of non-qualified staff, and support for current employees during orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient health care needs using nursing assessment tools
Identify discharge needs and potential home services
Provide nursing care supporting desired patient outcomes
Deliver health teaching, counselling,



and health promotion
Evaluate nursing actions for further planning

Requirements:
Current registration with the Nurses Association of Current Brunswick
Understanding and demonstrated application of the nursing process
Experience with PCA's and epidurals
Current CPR certification
Effective communication, collaboration, and patient focus
