Toronto-based Business Compliance Officer managing CASL, UTR, AML/FINTRAC, and digital compliance programs for Zolo’s regulated businesses.

Within Questrade Financial Group, this full time role supports Zolo Ventures and provincial real estate brokerages. You will administer compliance programs, improve AML automation, audit digital customer journeys, and maintain licensing records. The position partners with Product, Operations, Technology, Engineering, Legal, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage CASL, UTR, AML/FINTRAC, and website compliance programs
Lead automated identity verification, KYC, and transaction monitoring initiatives
Audit forms, disclosures, marketing flows, and consumer data practices
Coordinate complaints, investigations, training, reporting, and regulatory filings




Maintain licences, regulated-role registers, policies, and renewal cycles

Requirements:
Four-year post-secondary degree and three to four years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
Solid communication, organization, analytical, and investigative skills
Working knowledge of CRM, marketing technology, and telephony systems
Ethics, accountability, discretion, and sound compliance judgment
