The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to oversee shifts and daily operations. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, and compliance with A&W; Standards. The position requires five years of restaurant management experience within the previous ten years.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
Review P&L; statements and support cost management
Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Five years of restaurant management experience within ten years
Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficiency in restaurant operations and POS systems
Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
