This Building Operator position focuses on maintaining productive building operations and well-kept environments for occupants. You will monitor systems, complete inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance across common areas. The position requires residential maintenance experience, practical repair capabilities, and emergency availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain residential building systems and common areas
- Inspect equipment and troubleshoot operational problems
- Perform drywall repairs and interior commercial painting
- Install and repair appliances when required
- Respond to rotational on-call and emergency calls
Requirements:
- Two or more years in building maintenance
- Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and loops
- Familiarity with fire protection systems
- Understanding of emergency generator operations
- Availability after hours, weekends, and rotational on-call
