You will follow daily activities, manage files, coordinate meetings, and compile performance information. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily activities, files, agendas, and appointments
- Compile department labor, KPI, and dashboard data
- Verify service expenses and update financial documents




- Create and follow up purchase orders for suppliers
- Prepare unionized labor updates in software systems

Requirements:

- College diploma in office management or equivalent
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Result-oriented approach with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple tasks
- Solid word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation skills
