This Talent Acquisition Specialist supports pharmacy operations, clinical, support, and leadership roles across Western Canada. You will build relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external pharmacy candidates. The position combines high-volume recruitment with employer branding and candidate experience responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for pharmacy and clinical roles
- Develop social media recruitment opportunities and pharmacy pipelines
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach




- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and HRIS systems
- Identify improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience

Requirements:

- Three or more years of talent acquisition experience
- Healthcare or pharmacy recruitment experience is an asset
- Proven use of social media for strategic recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach
