Apply industrial welding and fabrication skills at Centerra Gold’s Mount Milligan Mine near Prince George, British Columbia. This camp-based role follows 12-hour, 7-on, 7-off shifts.

The Trade, Mill Welder supports equipment reliability across a conventional open-pit copper and gold mine and concentrator. You will maintain fixed-plant systems, complete quality repairs, and fabricate components for crushing, grinding, flotation, conveyors, and material handling. Work takes place in field and shop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, sketches, and repair instructions
- Select welding procedures, consumables, equipment, and materials
- Inspect weld quality, dimensions, and fitness for service
- Identify wear, cracks, structural damage, and equipment defects




- Coordinate maintenance work with operations, supervisors, and other trades

Requirements:

- Welding certification and Class 5 driver’s licence required
- Industrial welding, cutting, fitting, gouging, and fabrication proficiency
- Mining or fixed-plant maintenance experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Own required hand tools and maintain them properly
