- Match motivated candidates with opportunities and career pathways
- Use social networks to build candidate and client relationships
- Own workloads, metrics, and recruitment commitments independently
- Market roles using competencies, skills, and role design knowledge
- Deliver accurate candidate screening and presentation
Requirements:
- Two or more years of recruiting experience
- Manufacturing industry recruitment background
- Fluent English and French communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
