Toronto-based Senior Business Management Analyst supporting TD technology finance through cost analysis, allocation methodologies, and stakeholder reporting.

This senior analyst works with the Technology Rate Setting team on key infrastructure services, including Compute, Database, and Middleware. The position manages financial performance, Total Cost of Ownership, unit costs, consumption drivers, and billing support. It also requires close collaboration with Technology, Finance, Service Owners, executives, data owners, and other business partners to resolve issues and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage service financial performance and underlying consumption drivers
- Maintain allocation methodologies and evolving technology cost drivers
- Support benchmarking through data gathering and validation
- Investigate billing, pricing,



allocation, and consumption inquiries
- Translate technical and financial information into explicit business insights

Requirements:

- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret financial drivers, trends, and variances
- Fundamental knowledge of technology architecture and infrastructure costs
- Ability to manage priorities and drive issues through resolution
- Experience with technology finance or service costing preferred
