This early-career associate builds, checks, and sends campaigns for a large retail audience. Working with the CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager and production lead, you will upload creative, add tracking, and manage send settings. The position develops toward independent ownership, testing, and program contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Upload creative, compress images, and add campaign tracking
- Check rendering, links, pricing, audiences, and send settings
- Schedule campaigns while developing toward full ownership
- Coordinate creative, copy, and audiences before send day
- Run tests and share actionable campaign learnings

Requirements:

- Zero to two years using an email or CRM platform
- Experience with Braze or another listed platform preferred
- Ability to learn tools and skills independently
- Experience using AI outside assigned work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
