Manage wellness reservations at Basin Glacial Waters in Banff National Park, using guest communication and booking accuracy to shape luxurious experiences. This permanent role starts November 2026.

As a Concierge at Basin Glacial Waters, you will guide guests through specialty experiences and collaborate with the Fairmont Spa on treatment options. The work includes reservations, sales support, reporting, and administrative accuracy. Strong communication, organization, computer skills, and attention to multiple priorities are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Basin reservations and respond to phone and email inquiries
- Monitor voicemail and provide timely guest responses
- Coordinate additional treatment options with Fairmont Spa concierge
- Promote hotel services,



spa amenities, and retail sales
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate office records

Requirements:

- Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset
- Opera PMS, CRS, or Book4Time experience is an asset
- Robust communication, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to work shifts and stand for long periods
