We are seeking an experienced Flat Lock Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of stretch fabrics and activewear construction. You will be responsible for creating flat, durable, and comfortable seams that are essential for our high-quality garments.

The Job Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain industrial flat lock sewing machines.
- Sew flat seams on stretch, knit, and activewear fabrics to prevent chafing and bulk.
- Thread machines,



adjust tension settings, and replace needles to ensure consistent stitch quality.
- Inspect finished seams for defects, skipped stitches, or thread breakage.
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining strict quality control standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Language: English required
- Education: Minimum high school diploma
- Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience
- Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands‑on experience operating a Flat Lock Machine
