As Territory Manager Specialty, you will act as a trusted business partner within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving annual sales objectives through strategic positioning, customer segmentation, and sustainable portfolio growth. Your work will address patient access, reimbursement, hospital systems, competitive dynamics, and changing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritize key customers and high-potential prescribers
- Develop, monitor, and adapt comprehensive territory business plans
- Navigate reimbursement, hospital, competitive, and technology environments
- Collaborate with sales,



marketing, medical affairs, and market access
- Participate in patient management and strategic clinical discussions

Requirements:

- Three to five years in a comparable specialty sales role
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas, indications, and clinical data
- Understanding of patient access and pharmaceutical commercial dynamics
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability under pressure
