This Assistant, Investment role supports an integrated media investment team at UM. You will help Buyers prepare data for purchases and subsequent campaign evaluations. Your responsibilities include coordinating information, maintaining records, and supporting accurate client media buys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send station lists to relevant media partners
- Obtain information needed to maintain accurate media buys
- Collect invoice information from external suppliers
- Follow up on missing supplier information
- Develop proficiency with media tools and research systems
