Commissionaires BC is hiring security guards for a site requiring RCMP Reliability Clearance. Guards provide access control, complete administration, and maintain site security through interior and exterior patrols. Candidates must remain engaged during the clearance process, which can take up to six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control front desk access at the security post
- Escort site visitors as required
- Patrol building interiors and exterior areas regularly
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Report incidents to the Site Supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluent English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid British Columbia Security License
- Valid Basic First Aid OFA 1 certificate
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
