Support KWE logistics customers through shipment coordination, transparent communication, and accurate records as an Operations Agent within the Operations Department.

This Operations Agent supports customer service and sales activities while connecting internal teams with external customers. You will handle inquiries, assist key accounts, provide shipment updates, and support quotations. The position also involves reporting, filing, billing accuracy, and coordination across import and export activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
Support assigned key accounts with focused attention
Prepare accurate monthly reports for management and customers
Provide shipment updates and support rates and quotations




Coordinate shipments and distribute required pre-alert notifications

Requirements:
Two to four years of relevant experience and/or training
Related academic training; CITT or CIFFA certification preferred
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with email, databases, spreadsheets, and business applications
Ability to interpret procedures and perform required calculations
