This full-time administrative assistant supports Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, with sales objectives and related activities. The work centers on client requests, planner support, service-partner relationships, and effective transaction processing. Organization, prioritization, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor current events, market news, and internal RBCnet information
Identify planner needs and provide required information and documents
Prepare materials for presentations and marketing initiatives
Manage planner email, mail, correspondence,
and requests
Prioritize diary appointments to create capacity for required activities
Requirements:
Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed approach
Superior responsiveness to client requests and service needs
Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail
Solid computer skills and a excellent sense of initiative
