As Manager, Quality Assurance, you will lead automation management across enterprise testing. The role requires applications testing, quality assurance, performance testing, setting management, and Agile Scrum leadership. You will guide automation adoption, release planning, and quality engineering improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise test automation implementation, growth, and adoption
Define quality engineering and automation policies and procedures
Measure and improve automation and system performance metrics
Lead performance testing across lines of business
Develop roadmaps for automation,
performance testing, and release tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related practice
Minimum eight years of progressive information technology experience
Minimum five years in testing, quality assurance, and performance testing
Minimum two years leading people, projects, and delivery within insurance
Experience with Agile Scrum, DevOps, SQL, and automation tools
