The Assistant Banquet Manager supports banquet operations while reporting to the Banquet Manager and General Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting, convention, catering, and event service details
Train and equip banquet staff for assigned duties
Supervise daily department activities and assign work
Analyze banquet event orders and communicate setup requirements




Coordinate rooms, equipment, supplies, staffing, and menus

Requirements:
Three to five years of hospitality management experience
Previous supervisory experience with robust leadership skills
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid Smart Choices certification or ability to obtain
