Coordinate Action Camps and AIA Sports Programs in Grand Prairie while strengthening church, sports group, coach, and volunteer relationships.

The Youth Initiatives HUB Director assists the Regional Director across Grand Prairie HUB and surrounding areas. This full time or part time ministry role supports community-based sports initiatives, camp and club programs, and administrative work. It requires communication, administration, and Google G Suite knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in establishing Action Camps schedules
Assist in maintaining AIA Sports Programs schedules
Track relationships with churches and sports groups
Support camp, club, and sports initiative execution
Provide administrative support for AIA programs

Requirements:
Deepening relationship with Jesus and leadership growth
Commitment to AIA leadership methods and ministry models
Effective written, spoken, and virtual communication
Administrative skills and Google G Suite working knowledge
Ability to relate to churches and athletic organizations

Support Athletes in Action through sports programming, relationship building, administration, and faith-integrated leadership in Grand Prairie.
